aq999com Responsible Gaming — Your Safety Is Our Commitment

Enjoy entertainment within your limits — deposit limits, self-exclusion, and 24/7 Bengali support at aq999com are always there for you.

Why Is Responsible Gaming Important?

aq999com believes that online gaming should be pure entertainment — not a source of stress or addiction. The wellbeing and financial safety of every player on our platform is our highest priority. Responsible gaming means setting your own budget and time limits, keeping a clear head while you play, so that gaming never has a negative impact on daily life.

We always recommend that you play only with money you can afford to lose. See gaming as a form of entertainment rather than a source of income. aq999com is committed to ensuring a safe and reliable environment at all times, and by using our responsible gaming tools you can keep your gaming experience healthy and enjoyable.

Please remember: only those aged 21 or above may open an account and play at aq999com. Gaming is strictly prohibited for minors and we make no compromises when it comes to age verification.

Our Responsible Gaming Tools

Deposit Limit

Set your own limit on how much you can deposit per day, per week, or per month. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Increasing a limit requires a minimum waiting period of 24 hours, but reducing one is instant. This feature helps you keep your budget in order.

Session Time Limit

Decide in advance how many hours or minutes you want to play in one session. When the set time is up, aq999com will send you a reminder and, if needed, the session will end automatically. Protect yourself from spending too much time playing with this smart tool.

Time-Out Break

If you feel you need a break for a few days, use the time-out feature. You can temporarily suspend your account for a set period ranging from 24 hours up to 30 days. During this time, logging in, making deposits, or placing bets will not be possible.

Self-Exclusion

If gaming has become a problem, choose self-exclusion. You can close your account for a period ranging from 6 months up to permanently. It is not possible to reactivate an account while self-exclusion is in effect. This is an effective step toward freedom from addiction.

Reality Check

At set intervals, a pop-up message will let you know how long you have been playing and how much money you have spent. This moment of awareness helps you make the right decision. Choose from every hour, every two hours, or a custom interval.

24/7 Bengali Support

For any questions or help related to responsible gaming, our live chat support team is ready for you seven days a week, twenty-four hours a day. Speak with us directly in Bengali — no complications, no waiting.

Warning Signs of Problematic Gaming

If any of the following signs appear, it means gaming is having a negative impact on your life. Take action quickly and seek help if needed.

01

You are spending money beyond your budget and playing with borrowed money.

02

You keep playing to try to recover money you have lost ("chasing losses").

03

You are hiding your gaming habits from family and friends.

04

You feel restless or anxious at the thought of stopping playing.

05

You are neglecting work, studies, or family responsibilities to play.

06

You have tried to take a break from gaming but keep failing.

The Golden Rules of Healthy Gaming

Responsible gaming does not mean stopping playing — it means playing with enjoyment within healthy limits. Some simple guidelines from aq999com:

1
Set a budget: Decide how much you will spend before each session. Stop playing when you reach that limit.
2
Manage your time: Set aside a specific time of day for gaming and try not to go beyond it.
3
Accept losses: Every game has wins and losses. Betting more to recover lost money is never the solution.
4
Do not play under stress: If you are tired, feeling low, or under mental pressure, take a break from gaming.
5
Do not make gaming your only entertainment: Give equal importance to other activities such as reading, sports, or spending time with family.
