These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the aq999com platform and all services under it. Please read and understand all terms stated here before using the platform. If you have any questions, contact our support team.

General Provisions

1.1 aq999com ("Platform", "we", "us") provides an online gaming and betting service for users in Bangladesh. These terms govern all relations between aq999com and the user ("you", "member").

2.2 Each user may create only one account. If a single person holds multiple accounts, those accounts will be cancelled and the associated balances may be forfeited.

2.3 It is your responsibility to keep your account password confidential. Notify us immediately of any security breach of your account.

2.4 You will bear full responsibility for all activities carried out through your account, unless you can prove that unauthorized access occurred.

2.5 Identity Verification (KYC)

aq999com may request documents to verify a user's identity at any time. We reserve the right to suspend withdrawals until verification is complete. Acceptable documents include: National ID Card (NID), passport, or driving licence.

Age Verification and Eligibility

3.1 The minimum age to participate on aq999com is 21 years. Only those aged 21 or above may register and play on this platform.

3.2 If the date of birth provided at registration is found to be false, the account will be cancelled and all deposited balances may be forfeited.

3.3 aq999com is committed to preventing minors from gaming. Government-issued identification may be requested at any time for age verification.

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.2 Deposits

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (per method)

• Standard processing time: 5-30 minutes

4.4 aq999com reserves the right to hold any transaction pending until it is verified. Additional verification may be required for unusual or suspicious transactions.

4.5 Bonus funds must meet the specified wagering requirements before they become withdrawable. Details are described in Section 5.

Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 aq999com offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time. Each offer is subject to its own terms.

5.2 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. Example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000
• Deposit ৳22,000 → ৳10,000 bonus → total balance ৳32,000

5.3 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times (20x). This means winnings earned from the bonus become withdrawable after wagering 20 times the bonus amount.

• Bonus validity period is 30 days from the date of issue
• If the requirements are not met within the set time, the bonus will be cancelled
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing winnings earned using a bonus

5.4 Bonus Abuse

Attempting to claim bonus benefits improperly (for example, through multiple accounts) is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the bonus will be cancelled and the account will be suspended.

Gaming Rules

6.1 All games operated on aq999com are conducted using fair and impartial (Fair Play) methods. Game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG).

6.2 The following rules must be followed while playing games:

• No automated bots or software may be used
• Game errors or bugs may not be exploited for advantage
• Misconduct toward other players is prohibited
• Collusion or fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited

6.3 If a technical fault causes inconsistencies in a game result, aq999com reserves the right to cancel or correct the relevant round.

6.4 aq999com is not liable for any loss caused by disconnection from the internet.

Prohibited Activities

7.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the aq999com platform:

• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds
• Assuming another person's identity or providing false information
• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Hacking or attempting unauthorized access to gaming software
• Organized bonus abuse activity
• Threatening or harassing other players
• Operating betting on behalf of third parties through the platform
• Initiating chargebacks or unfair transaction disputes

7.2 If any prohibited activity described above is detected, aq999com reserves the right to close the account without notice and forfeit all balances.

Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 aq999com reserves the right to suspend or close any account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of these terms
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity
• Failure to verify identity
• Court order or legal requirement
• Extended inactivity (more than 12 months)

8.2 Users may also request account closure at any time. In this case, any outstanding bonus conditions that have not been met will result in the bonus being cancelled; however, the user's own deposited funds (excluding bonuses) will be returned.

8.3 Self-Exclusion: Under the responsible gaming policy, any member may apply for self-exclusion for a specified period. While self-exclusion is active, access to the account will be prohibited.

Privacy and Data Protection

9.1 aq999com is committed to protecting users' personal information. Information is collected, used, and stored in accordance with our privacy policy.

9.2 Your personal information is not sold to third parties. However, information may be shared in the following cases:

• When required to fulfil legal obligations

Limitation of Liability

10.2 aq999com will not be liable for any loss caused by technical errors, server outages, internet connectivity issues, or any other external factors.

10.3 Gaming is a risky activity. There is always a risk of losing all or part of what has been wagered. The member is solely responsible for any financial loss resulting from placing bets.

10.4 The maximum liability of aq999com shall in no circumstances exceed the total amount of the transaction in question.

Terms & Conditions Changes

11.1 aq999com reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions, in part or in full, at any time. In the case of significant changes, a notification will be sent to the registered email address.

11.2 Continued use of the platform after updated terms and conditions have been published will be taken to mean that the user has agreed to the new terms.

11.3 If you do not agree to the new terms, please submit a request to close your account. The process for doing so is described in Section 8.
